1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To be fair to all students and to manage fixed costs, we maintain a firm cancellation policy.

Private Lessons:

> 48 hours notice: Cancellation or rescheduling is free of charge.

24 - 48 hours notice: A fee of HK$80 is charged to cover the committed room rental. Rescheduling within the same week or the following is subject to availability.

< 24 hours notice / No-Show: The full lesson fee is charged, as the reserved time and costs cannot be recovered.

Private Lessons (In-Home):

> 24 hours notice: Cancellation or rescheduling is free of charge.

< 24 hours notice / No-Show: The full lesson fee is charged, as the reserved time slot is dedicated exclusively to you and cannot be rebooked.

Group Lessons:
Our group classes thrive on collaboration and a consistent learning rhythm. Out of respect for the group's time and dynamic, the following applies:-
> 48 hours notice: Cancellation is free of charge.

< 48 hours notice / No-Show: The session will be counted as completed. Make-up sessions are offered with an additional fee.

For Illness (All Lesson Types):
A doctor's note provided within 24 hours of the lesson start time is required to avoid the cancellation fee. The lesson will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

How to Notify Us: All changes must be communicated directly via WhatsApp to be valid.
2. Trial Lesson & Package Details

Trial Lesson: Valid for 30 days from purchase. Rescheduling requires more than 24 hours' notice.

Package Validity: All packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions forfeit after this period.

Enrollment: A HK$500 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from your total fee or refunded via PayMe once the course is confirmed and fully paid.
3. Tutor Cancellation & Substitution
In the rare event your tutor is unavailable, we will:

Contact you immediately to reschedule at no cost.

Have the right to provide a qualified substitute tutor to ensure your learning continues uninterrupted.
4. Late Arrival Policy
The tutor will wait for a period up to two-thirds of the scheduled lesson time (e.g., 40 minutes for a 60-minute session). If the student fails to arrive within this time, the tutor may leave, and the session will be considered a "No-Show," charged in full
5. Bad Weather Policy
Student and staff safety is our priority. We follow the Hong Kong Observatory's guidelines.

Signal No. 8+ / Black Rainstorm:

Before class: All in-person classes are cancelled and will be rescheduled.

During class: The class will be dismissed immediately for safety and rescheduled.

All Other Signals: In-person classes will be held as usual.

Online Classes: All online lessons proceed as scheduled, regardless of weather.
