1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To be fair to all students and to manage fixed costs, we maintain a firm cancellation policy.

• Private Lessons — Causeway Bay Office:

  • More than 48 hours  notice: Cancellation or rescheduling is free of charge.

  • Less than 48 hours notice: A fee of HK$80 is charged to cover the committed room rental. Rescheduling within the same week or the following is subject to availability.

  • Less than 24 hours  notice / No-Show: The full lesson fee is charged, as the reserved time and costs cannot be recovered.

• Private Lessons (In-Home) or (online):

  • More than 24 hours notice: Cancellation or rescheduling is free of charge.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice / No-Show: The full lesson fee is charged, as the reserved time slot is dedicated exclusively to you and cannot be rebooked.

• Group Lessons Causeway Bay Office Office: 

  More than 48 hours notice: The session is not refunded or rescheduled. However, we will provide any available class materials (slides, handouts) via WhatsApp as a courtesy.

  - Less than 48 hours notice / No-Show: The session will be counted as completed. ​

• Optional Private Make-Up Sessions (for missed group classes): Available within 14 days of the missed class, subject to availability:

• 30-minute online lesson: HK$150

• 1-hour online lesson: HK$250

• 1-hour in-person lesson: HK$380 (must be booked at least 48 hours in advance  ​

• For Illness (All Lesson Types):For illness, please notify us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. We understand emergencies happen. For first-time instances, we will waive the fee and reschedule at no charge. Repeated cancellations may require a doctor's note.

 

• ​​How to Notify Us: All changes must be communicated directly via WhatsApp to be valid.

 

2. Trial Lesson & Package Details

• Trial Lesson: Valid for 30 days from purchase. Rescheduling requires more than 24 hours' notice.

• Package Validity: All packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.. Any unused sessions forfeit after this period.

• Enrollment: A HK$500 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is fully refundable and will be deducted from your total course fee. If you decide not to proceed after the trial, the deposit will be refunded in full within 48 hours..

3. Tutor Cancellation & Substitution

In the rare event your tutor is unavailable, we will:

• Contact you immediately to reschedule at no cost.

• Have the right to provide a qualified substitute tutor to ensure your learning continues uninterrupted.

4. Late Arrival Policy

The tutor will wait for a period up to two-thirds of the scheduled lesson time (e.g., 40 minutes for a 60-minute session). If the student fails to arrive within this time, the tutor may leave, and the session will be considered a "No-Show," charged in full

 

5. Bad Weather Policy

Student and staff safety is our priority. We follow the Hong Kong Observatory's guidelines.

• Signal No. 8+ / Black Rainstorm:

  • Before class: All in-person classes are cancelled and will be rescheduled online or in-person.

  • During class: The class will be dismissed immediately for safety and rescheduled.

• All Other Signals: In-person classes will be held as usual.

• Online Classes: All online lessons proceed as scheduled, regardless of weather.
